The door position is a valued and essential role at Rocklesque/MOBSCENE shows. Door staff are the first point of contact for our audience and help set the tone for the entire event.
Responsibilities include:
Door staff and performers are booked separately. Door positions are not tied to performance opportunities, and performance casting is handled through a separate process.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting live events, being part of production, and contributing to a successful show behind the scenes.
Pay is $50 per show

- Answering basic venue and show questions
- Supporting a smooth, welcoming front-of-house experience
- Punctuality and reliability are required
- Commitment to the full scheduled shift
- Professional, friendly, and calm demeanor
- Ability to handle a fast-paced live event environment
